Oakland County Treasurer, Andy Meisner, said small businesses are fueling Pontiac's renaissance. About $50 million has been invested in Downtown Pontiac since 2011.

"Small businesses drive job creation and investment. These new small businesses in Pontiac, the heart of Oakland County, are driving the city's comeback," Meisner said. "That's why small business lending is so critical."
